MarshPacking is an internal relocation inventory app for authorised users. It is designed to create, sync, sign, and export packing inventory records for customer relocation work.
Information The App Handles
Account Details
Email addresses and authentication session information used to sign authorised users into MarshPacking.
Packer and client signatures captured at origin and destination, plus the signer names entered with those signatures.
Exports
PDF and spreadsheet files generated by the app or web portal when an authorised user chooses to export an inventory.
How Information Is Used
To authenticate authorised users and keep inventory access restricted.
To create, autosave, sync, search, edit, sign, and export customer packing inventories.
To support relocation workflow checks such as delivered-item tracking and destination sign-off.
To help diagnose support issues reported by authorised users.
Storage And Sharing
Cloud inventory data is stored in the MarshPacking Supabase project so authorised devices can share the same records.
Draft new-inventory details and sign-in session data may be stored locally on the user device to support autosave and sign-in continuity.
The web portal is hosted on Vercel, which serves the MarshPacking web app to authorised users.
MarshPacking does not sell customer data and does not use advertising tracking.
Data may be handled by the service providers required to run the app, such as Supabase, Vercel, Expo, and Apple platform services.
Retention, Access, And Deletion
Business Records
Inventory records are retained for the operational and record-keeping needs of the business using MarshPacking. Authorised administrators can delete incorrect or no longer required inventories from the app.
Requests
Users or customers with questions about a record should contact the MarshPacking administrator or the business contact responsible for the relocation job.
Security
The app requires sign-in before inventory data can be viewed or edited.
Network traffic is sent over HTTPS where supported by the connected services.
Sensitive operational data should only be entered by authorised users and should not be shared outside approved business channels.
